Includes:
● Free “Basic” coverage:
○ Collision damage coverage with excess.
○ Personal Injury Assistance (PAI)
○ Vehicle theft. In case of theft, the client has to report to the police and deliver the report to our office.
If these steps are followed there will be no additional charge and a replacement vehicle will be delivered.
● Roadside assistance only in case of accident (not in case of customer negligence: loss of keys, hit under the car, etc.)
● Fuel Full to Full (Full/Full)
● Unlimited km
● Free cancellation up to 24 hours before vehicle pickup.
We will block the deposit on the customer’s credit card at the time of vehicle collection.
Once the vehicle is returned, if it is in the same condition in which it was delivered to the client, we will proceed to refund the excess. The excess will be charged in case of damage. PGWorld is not responsible for any fees charged by the client’s bank for the return of the franchise.
If damage or an accident occurs, the client must fill out a report and deliver it to our office.
Damage or accidents that are not reported will be interpreted as negligence on the part of the client and may incur additional costs.
In the event of flat tire, the customer must immediately contact our roadside assistance service. The customer is not allowed to carry out repairs on his own.
Regarding the deposit charge in case of damage or accident, the customer would pay
maximum, the excess amount corresponding to the deposit of the vehicle group you have selected:
Groups A: Excess €300.00
Groups B: Excess €300.00
Groups C: Excess €400.00
Groups C1: Excess €400.00
We differentiate prices per day for rentals longer or shorter than 1 week.

● “PLUS” Coverage: The best coverage on the market, at All risks. The client is exempt from paying deposit:

○ Broken windows
○ Damage to wheels and rims
○ Clutch damage
○ Damage to windows
○ Damage or loss of antenna
○ Battery
● Crane service and complete roadside assistance

Even if you have contracted the “Plus” rate, in the event of damage or accident the client must fill out a report and deliver it to our office.

The customer is not allowed to carry out repairs on his own.

* This price includes the payment of INSURANCE PLUS for the value of €16/day, which exempts you from paying a deposit.

The client needs the following documents to collect the vehicle:
● DNI/Passport
● Valid driving license of the main driver.
For Spanish driving licenses, both in their original format and in digital format will be accepted.
Digital permits will only be valid if they are presented through the official miDGT App installed on the mobile phone. Digitized copies will not be accepted.
The client will be exempt from presenting the international driving permit if they present a driving license from the European Union, the United Kingdom, or if their license is issued by one of the countries that appear in the official list of DGT conventions: https: //www.dgt.es/nuestros-servicios/permisos-de-driving/permisos-extranjeros-y-de-fuerzas-y-cuerpos-de-security/canjes-de-permisos/paises-con-convenio-de- exchanges/
The client will need to present the international driving permit:
● When your driving license is not from the EU or the United Kingdom and does not appear on the list of DGT agreements
● When your driver’s license is written in an alphabet other than Roman.
If the driver’s license is issued outside the European Union (regardless of whether it appears on the DGT list of conventions), you will need to present:
● Passport with EU entry stamp less than 6 months old (for clients from outside the EU).
All documentation must be current. If the contract holder and all the drivers reflected in the contract do not provide the described documentation
previously, it will not be possible to deliver the vehicle. Said documentation must be presented again in face-to-face contract extensions.
Fuel Policy
In line with our transparency we only offer the Full/Full policy. That is, we deliver the vehicle with a full tank to be returned full.
If you do not return the vehicle full, the penalty that will be applied will be only 15 Euros. This fuel policy applies to all our rates without any hidden or additional charges.
The price of the fuel tank will vary depending on the tank capacity of each vehicle and the current market price.
Reservation modifications are subject to availability and can be made without any charge or penalty. However, any modification should be comunicated and aproved 24 hours before collecting the vehicle to guarantee the best service.

Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the vehicle is picked up and will not have any type of charge or fee. Cancellations less than 24
hours in advance will not be refunded. Such cancellations can be made by calling +34 622 73 07 01 by email to pgworldcars@gmail.com.
At PG WORLD RENT A CAR we offer you 24 hours of free roadside assistance.
Assistance generated by the client’s negligence will be taken by the client if they have not contracted our Plus coverage.
The customer must report all accidents within 24 hours of the accident.
In case of damage or accident to the vehicle, it is mandatory that the client fill out an accident/damage report (found among the vehicle documents) and deliver it to our office. Any accident or damage to the vehicle that is not reported will be interpreted as negligence on the part of the client and the client may incur additional costs.
The minimum age allowed to rent with PGWORLD RENT A CAR is 18 years old. A maximum of 3 additional drivers are accepted.
Payment will be made upon collection of the vehicle by credit or debit card (Visa and MasterCard), cash, transfer or bizum).
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards as well as Visa and MasterCard debit cards (Except EC-Karte).
We do not accept American Express, nor payments with virtual cards, digital cards or via smartphone.
Other restrictions regarding payment:
Payment must be made with a single (nominative) credit card.
The credit card holder must be present at the time of payment.
Unlimited mileage
At PGWORLD RENT A CAR you can travel completely peacefully without worrying about the kilometers travelled.
Restrictions
The delivery and return of the vehicles must be carried out at the same point agreed in the contract. If the vehicle is abandoned at a different location, a charge of 100 Euros will be applied for recovery management. The client will be responsible for any additional costs generated by abandonment.
Vehicles are not allowed to leave the peninsula, go abroad or travel between islands. The customer must provide a local address at the time of vehicle pickup.
The rental price includes a standard car wash upon return. However, if the customer returns the vehicle in a state of extreme dirt, it will be
responsible for any special cleaning required for which a charge of 50 euros will be charged. Special cleaning is considered any cleaning that requires more thorough cleaning and involves removing the vehicle from its usual washing cycle. Below we indicate the most common cases in which the special cleaning charge applies:
● Remains of waste and garbage
● Cigarette butts and/or ashes
● Excessive sand remains
● Stains on the upholstery and other spaces
● Wet stains on the upholstery and a damp smell
This charge also applies to our anti-smoking policy for all of our vehicles. We will apply the special cleaning charge if, upon returning the vehicle, it requires special treatment to eliminate the odor or any other evidence of smoking inside it.
Some of our vehicles may have environmental labels, which allow them to access ZBE zones (Low Emission Zones).

If the vehicle has an environmental label, the client must inform themselves and comply with the regulations in force in each municipality regarding ZBE zones. The client will assume responsibility for fines, penalties or any other inconvenience resulting from the vehicle entering restricted areas. In the event of breakage or loss of the environmental badge during the rental period, an additional charge of 10 euros will be applied to replace the badge.
An Administrative charge of 35 Euros will be applied to each fine, penalty or case issued by the corresponding authority in respect of the rented vehicle (and in events that occur during the duration of the rental). This charge is in addition to the amount of the fine/penalty that the client will have to pay to the corresponding authority.
The vehicle must be returned at the time stipulated in the contract. In case of delay, you have 1 hour of courtesy for delivery.
If this delay also entails any additional rental days, you will also be charged the amount corresponding to the additional rental days.
Rentals are calculated in 24-hour periods. This period is counted from the exact time of the car reservation until the time it is returned with the key and documentation at the PGWORLD Rent a Car facilities.
In case of vehicle replacement, the client must present his/her DNI/Passport at all times. Otherwise the replacement will not be possible.
PGWorld rent a car does not accept any responsibility for personal items left in the vehicle.
Our office hours are as follows:
From 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
It is important that you keep in mind that you have a window of 45 minutes after the plane lands to arrive at the meeting point. Otherwise we cannot guarantee the delivery of the vehicle.
All collections and deliveries made outside our office hours will have a supplement of €10.
